Canadian
Auto Insurance is a legal requirement in Canada;
the mandatory cover that a driver must attain
should consist of: uninsured auto coverage
(which covers you against damage incurred
to your vehicle by an uninsured driver), property
damage liability (provides direct compensation
for damages incurred to your vehicle in an
accident, third party liability (which provides
cover for damage incurred to other vehicles
or property in an accident in which you are
involved),proportional to the amount at which
you are deemed to be at fault for the accident)
and accident benefits (various income benefits
should you become critically ill or otherwise
unable to continue working following an accident.
There
are other variations of cover which one may
wish to add to these statutory ones, but in
any case, you are sure to find the cover that
is right for you here.
